This notice explains how the current SpotShift customer app handles information submitted by dealership clients.
Effective September 15, 2026
SpotShift is a Phōstēr Labs app for organizing and submitting dealership commercial requests. By using the app, you provide information for the production services you ask SpotShift to consider or perform.
Information you provide
SpotShift receives the contact details, dealership information, offer terms, pricing, disclosures, creative direction, and files you choose to submit with a commercial request.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review, scope, produce, communicate about, and deliver the commercial you requested. It may also be used to protect the service, diagnose delivery problems, and maintain necessary business records.
Saved drafts
The current app saves unfinished onboarding and commercial-brief drafts in your browser on the device you are using. Clearing browser storage removes those local drafts. Selected files are not retained in the local draft.
Email delivery and service providers
Completed requests and selected attachments are sent to spotshift@phosterlabs.com. SpotShift may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, storage, and production. Those providers process information only as needed to supply those services.
Sharing
SpotShift does not sell customer information. Information may be shared when needed to fulfill your request, comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transition. Imagination 2 Motion Productions receives information only when you request or authorize the full-production path.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the request, maintain production and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information by emailing spotshift@phosterlabs.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
Children
SpotShift is a business service for dealership professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
