Current service terms
Clear expectations before production starts.
These terms describe the current SpotShift request process. A written production scope or estimate may add project-specific terms.
Effective September 15, 2026
Submitting a request
Sending a brief requests review and scoping. It does not by itself create a paid production commitment.
Starting the clock
The first-proof target starts only after SpotShift confirms every required item and approval is received.
Free app access
The SpotShift customer app is available without a download fee or subscription. App access does not include or guarantee free commercial production. Any production scope, price, payment terms, media usage, or additional services will be confirmed separately before work begins.
Accurate client information
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information, offer terms, pricing, vehicle details, expiration dates, calls to action, legal disclosures, permissions, and approvals. SpotShift may pause work while missing, conflicting, or unapproved information is resolved.
Turnaround target
The 24-hour target applies to the first proof and begins only after SpotShift confirms receipt of the completed brief, required assets, approvals, accurate offer pricing, and disclosures. Customer delays pause the clock. Material changes may restart the turnaround period. Final delivery follows client approval.
Changes and revisions
The included production scope and revision allowance will be identified when SpotShift confirms the request. Material changes to the offer, concept, runtime, format, assets, legal language, or direction may require a revised scope and may restart the turnaround period.
Client assets and permissions
By submitting logos, footage, photographs, audio, trademarks, copy, or other material, the client confirms it has permission to provide and use those materials for the requested production. The client remains responsible for required manufacturer, talent, music, location, and advertising approvals.
Proof review and approval
Proofs are not approved for broadcast or publication until the client has verified the offer, pricing, disclosures, dates, spelling, and all required claims. Final delivery follows client approval and export processing.
Full-scale production path
When a client requests custom running footage, on-location filming, talent, drone work, or traditional full-scale production, Imagination 2 Motion Productions is the exclusive production partner offered through SpotShift for that request. This does not imply a broader partnership between the companies.
Service availability
SpotShift may update, suspend, or discontinue app features and may decline requests that are incomplete, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, outside available production capacity, or inconsistent with applicable advertising requirements.
